OKLAHOMA CITY (Jan. 6, 2021) – For the first time in nearly a month, Oklahoma Christian will return to the court this week when the Lady Eagles face Lone Star Conference divisional rival Cameron in a pair of games.
Cameron (2-1, 2-1 LSC) will visit the Eagles' Nest for a game at 5 p.m. Thursday, with OC (1-1, 1-1) set to travel to Lawton for the return game in Aggie Gym on Saturday at 2 p.m.
OC hasn't played since Dec. 11-12, when the Lady Eagles split a pair of games at Texas A&M International. Their scheduled home games on Dec. 18-19 against Lubbock Christian (Texas) and road games this past Sunday and Monday at Angelo State (Texas) were postponed due to the league's COVID-19 protocols.
Cameron is allowing only fans on its pass list into its home games. OC will allow 10 percent occupancy – or about 200 fans – per game in the Eagles' Nest. OC student-athletes, coaches and athletic department personnel will be allowed a number of pre-approved guests on a pass list. Visiting teams will be allowed a pre-approved pass list of 25 people, per LSC guidelines.
A limited number of OC students and faculty and staff members (with identification) also will be allowed to attend, with the goal to keep occupancy around the 200 number.
No general admission tickets will be sold.
Senior guard
