RICHARDSON, Texas - Following the completion of the 2025-26 season,
Taylor Jackson of Oklahoma Christian women's basketball was named Second Team All-Lone Star Conference, the league announced Wednesday, Mar. 4.
This is the sixth year in a row the OC women's basketball program has landed a Second Team All-Conference performer.
Jackson closes the regular season eighth in the conference in scoring at 14.6 points per game and sixth in rebounding at 7.7 boards per contest. With 391 points scored this season, the McKinney, Texas, native has scored the most single-season points since the 2018-19 campaign (Addy Clift, 739).
On the year, Jackson has posted five double-doubles and was a two-time LSC Defensive Player of the Week following a 30-point, 19-rebound performance on the road at Midwestern State and a week where she averaged 18 points, seven rebounds and three a half steals against Eastern New Mexico and then-No. 7 West Texas A&M.
The all-conference honoree will now advance to the D2CCA All-Region ballot where Jackson will seek to become the Lady Eagles' first all-south central region selection since 2019. All-Region teams will be announced Thursday, Mar. 12.Â
