The Lady Eagles geared up for Monday's first-place showdown with Southern Nazarene by thumping St. Gregory's 89-50 Saturday night.

Rachel Martin and Lindsey Gipson each scored 18 points. Gipson hit 11-of-11 from the free-throw line in establishing a new career high for points.

The 15th-ranked Lady Eagles (11-2, 18-4) host No. 18 SNU on Monday night at 6 p.m. OC and SNU are tied for first place in the Sooner Athletic Conference with Lubbock Christian.

In Saturday's men's game, Keith Harris scored 31 points to lead Oklahoma Christian to an 88-64 victory over St. Gregory's.

The Eagles (6-7, 12-11) are tied for fifth place in the conference, a half-game behind Northwestern Oklahoma State. They also host SNU on Monday; tipoff is 8 p.m. following the 6 p.m. women's game.
