RICHARDSON, Texas - On the heels of its most regular season wins in the NCAA Division II era, No. 17 Oklahoma Christian landed a record six players on the All-Lone Star Conference First Team and two on the Second Team. Additionally, OC garnered five Golden Glove awardees, an All-Freshman recipient and an All-Academic selection for 15 total all-conference honors.
Along with the Eagles seeing a record number of First Team selections, the maroon-and-gray boasted a record and league-most five of the available 11 Golden Glove spots. Throughout the regular season, Oklahoma Christian owned a conference-best .977 fielding percentage, which also served as the fifth best mark in all of Division II.

Marti Yaerger earned First Team honors as OC's six selections were tied with regular season conference champion West Texas A&M for the most in the league.
Maci George and
Danae Lopez took Second Team honors.
Resendiz picked up All-Freshman honors while Lopez, Ki. Brewster, Rupp, Ka. Brewster and
Ally McDougal claimed Golden Glove awards. Dickson also was one of nine recipients for the LSC All-Academic Team.
2026 LSC Preseason Pitcher of the Year Dickson finished her final regular season second in the conference in ERA (2.16) and strikeouts (165) while being third in opposing batting average (.218). The four-time First Team honoree is currently second in program history in strikeouts (665), innings pitched (674.0) and wins (73).
Rupp (.396), Ki. Brewster (.386), Ka. Brewster (.372) and Yaerger (.362) occupy four of the 28 best batting averages in the league in 2026, as OC is one of just two teams to have at least four bats in the league's top-28 hitters. Rupp, who also logged her second straight Golden Glove award, heads into the postseason with 50 RBI for seventh in the conference.
Two-time All-Conference honoree Ki. Brewster, after hitting .379 (22-for-58) during the month of April, including closing the regular season on a nine-game hitting streak, has recorded the most hits (73) by an Eagle in the DII era. Fellow two-time recipient Ka. Brewster opened the year with the most hits (33) by an Eagle through a season's first 20 games since 2015 (Kendra Pierce, 38).
Resendiz claimed First Team honors as well as making All-Freshman after owning a perfect 13-0 record in the circle, serving as the only pitcher in the LSC with double-digit without a loss. Yaerger is making her second straight appearance on the All-Conference First Team as she is one of three qualified Eagles on the 2026 squad with an OPS above 1.000.
Lopez and George as the Eagles' two Second Team representatives are each making their All-Lone Star Conference debut. Lopez, who was named First Team All-Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference as a true freshman with Colorado Christian in 2025, hit .381 with OC while sporting a 25-game on-base streak during the course of the season while George hit .340.
No. 17 Oklahoma Christian will now turn its attention to the first game of the 2026 postseason when it meets Texas A&M-Kingsville as the five seed in the first round of the 2026 LSC Tournament Thursday, May 7 at 5 p.m.
