LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Off an historic season that featured the most wins (43) in the NCAA Division II era and its second-ever South Central Super Regional appearance, shortstop
Kallie Rupp became the first Oklahoma Christian Eagle to be named a National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-American since 2021, the NFCA announced Wednesday, May 27.
Rupp joins Kali Crandall as the only Eagles to ever be named NFCA All-America selections, both of whom earned Second Team honors. Crandall added an All-America bid from the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA). Aaliyah Brown was a D2CCA Second Team All-America recipient in 2022.
The Morrison, Okla., native finished the 2026 season second on the team with a .391 batting average while being the only player on the team with an OPS over 1.000 (1.094) after slugging .674 while holding a .420 on-base percentage.
Rupp led OC with 28 extra-base hits, including 11 home runs, marking the most such hits in a single season since 2014 (Martha Thomas, 13). Rupp's 50 RBI is also the most in a single campaign since that same '14 season (Thomas, 52). The two-time LSC Golden Glove recipient is only the second Eagle in the DII era with a 60-hit, 50-RBI season.
Rupp ends her junior season as a two-time All-Conference selection, a First Team All-Region honoree and now the program's second-ever NFCA All-American.
