RICHARDSON, Texas - Following a 3-1 week for No. 14 Oklahoma Christian softball, Jill Dickson was named the Lone Star Conference Pitcher of the Week for the fourth time in her career, the league office announced Tuesday, Feb. 10.

Dickson helped lead the formerly-ranked No. 25 Eagles to a 3-1 stay at the UCO/OC Festival, propelling them to No. 14 in the latest National Fastpitch Coaches Association Poll. Individually, the LSC's Preseason Pitcher of the Year went 2-0 in the circle, throwing 15 strikeouts in 11.0 innings of work without allowing a single run.

The Edmond, Okla., native is currently 29th in NCAA Division II as of Tuesday, Feb. 10 with a 0.32 ERA, having allowed just one run in her 22.0 innings of work. Led by the fourth-year Eagle, OC holds a team-1.17 ERA, having allowed more than two runs just once through eight games, which is the best in the league.

No. 14 Oklahoma Christian will take the conference weekly nod into conference play when it hosts Cameron for the currently-set Saturday, Feb. 14 doubleheader starting at 2 p.m.
