Sophie Mae Smith,
Camryn McGough,
Chloe Jones and
Annie Davis were selected as 2025 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honorees, the CSC announced Tuesday, Dec. 16.
To be eligible for the CSC All-District Team, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale), and must have competed in 90 percent of the institution's matches played or have started in at least 66 percent of the institution's matches.
Smith and McGough are among the Academic All-District recipients for the second year in a row while the Eagle quartet were each also represented on the All-Lone Star Conference teams; Jones on the First Team, Davis the Second Team, McGough honorable mention and Smith one of 11 LSC All-Academic honorees.
Thanks to Oklahoma Christian's All-District and All-Conference honorees, the Eagles reached the LSC Tournament for the second year in a row as the No. 7 seed and posted a program-record 11 conference victories in 2025, including top-25 upsets of No. 22 Angelo State and No. 13 West Texas A&M.
