RICHARDSON, Texas -
Chloe Jones,
Annie Davis,
Camryn McGough and
Sophie Mae Smith were recognized as 2025 All-Lone Star Conference performers, the league announced Wednesday, Nov. 19.
A program-record 11 conference wins for the Eagles begot another record for the maroon-and-gray as four all-conference honorees is the most in program history.
Jones earned First Team All-LSC honors, becoming OC's first such recipient in program history. The First Team nod comes after the Waukee, Iowa, native was named the 2024 LSC Co-Freshman of the Year and Second Team selection.
In 2025, Jones was the only player in the conference with at least 360 digs and 280 kills. In the season finale, the Waukee Northwest Highschool product became the first Eagle to ever record a 20-kill, 20-dig match as she delivered a career-high 25 points to help OC pull off the upset of then-No. 13 West Texas A&M.
Davis capped off her four-year playing career with her first all-conference selection, landing on the Second Team after posting a team-high 308 kills. The Edmond, Okla., native, who already owns the program's all-time kills lead with 887, is just the second player in program history to record 300 single-season winners, joining the aforementioned Jones from last season.
McGough joined Davis as an all-conference debutant, earning honorable mention honors after finishing seventh in the league with 0.94 blocks per set and being tied for sixth with 93 total blocks. In the same vein as Davis, McGough is the program's all-time blocks leader with 312 career rejections.
Smith rounded out the Eagle award winners, earning one of 14 LSC All-Academic honors handed out after holding a perfect 4.0 cumulative GPA. On the court, Smith leads OC with 614 set assists while completing the all-conference honoree trifecta of all-time record holders with a program-best 1570 assists.
