In the annual Homecoming game opener Oklahoma Christian defeated Friends University (Kan.) 89-63 on Nov. 8 with Jarred Merrill and Brady Page leading the way offensively.

Merrill, a junior from Abilene, Texas scored 29 points and had 14 rebounds while Page scored 22 in a career high performance.

Senior Kelly Allen also was in double figures with 11 points and sophomore John Nottley collected 10 rebounds.
