Kallie Rupp earned First Team All-South Central Region accolades while senior outfielder
Kadence Brewster was named a Second Team selection, the National Fastpitch Coaches Association announced Friday, May 15.
Three NFCA honorees is the most the Oklahoma Christian softball program has had since 2015, with the maroon-and-gray landing four All-Region honorees via the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) in 2021.
Two First Team selections is the most in the Eagles' NCAA Division II era (since 2014), while Dickson and Rupp are the first First Team recipients since 2022. Dickson, Rupp and Brewster are all making their all-region debuts.
2026 LSC Preseason Pitcher of the Year Dickson finished her final regular season second in the Lone Star Conference in ERA (2.16) and strikeouts (165) while being third in opposing batting average (.218). The four-time First Team honoree is currently second in program history in strikeouts (665), innings pitched (674.0) and wins (73).
Rupp, after recording two hits in Thursday's opening round victory of the South Central Regional against No. 18 [4] UT Tyler, leads the team with a .396 batting average while pacing the squad with 50 RBI and 11 home runs while being third on the team with 67 hits. The Morrison, Okla., native is the first Eagle to record a 60-hit, 50-RBI season since 2014.
Brewster, after starting out the year with the most hits (33) by an Eagle through a season's first 20 games since 2015 (Kendra Pierce, 38), sits second on the team with 68 hits with a .364 average while also leading the team with 18 doubles and 11 stolen bases.
