GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - No. 14 men's and No. 21 women's swimming headed west for the 2024 RMAC Swimming and Diving Championships.

Day One
Â
The 800 Freestyle team of
Laura Byars,
Vanessa Weatherford, Cheyenne Denison, and
Tammy Greenwood took 3rd place with an NCAA B* time of 7:33.30, setting a new school record.
Â
On the men's side, the 800 Freestyle team of
JT Amrein,
Eli Rollen,
Joshua Brammer, and
Victor Rosado were narrowly edged out of first place with a school record and NCAA B time of 6:30.73.

Day Two
Â
Victor Rosado kicked off another big week for him, winning gold in the 1000 Yard Freestyle with a time of 9:20.85, and Pharis Musley won silver with a time of 9:23.93. Earning them NCAA B marks.
Â
JT Amrein continued his streak of impressive RMAC Championships performances, with a silver finish in the 200 IM with a time of 1:47.59. Freshman
Eli Rollen took bronze in the event with a time of 1:48.33. Each notched NCAA B Marks with their times.

Gabe Knaut earned silver in the 50 Freestyle with an NCAA B* time of 20.34.
Â
The Men's 200 Medley Relay team of
Jacob Bell, Amrein,
Noah Rabb, and Knaut earned bronze with a time of 1:30.13.

Day Three
Â
Denison earned bronze in the 400 IM with an NCAA B time of 4:30.39.
Â
Rosado earned another gold finish, this time in the 200 Freestyle, with an NCAA A* time of 1:35.99, beating his meet record that he set last year of 1:36.41. Freshman
Joshua Brammer came in 4th with an NCAA B time of 1:38.61.

The 400 Medley Relay team of Greenwood,
Hailey Uhrig, Dension, and Weatherford earned a silver finish with a time of 3:46.10.

In the men's 400 Medley Relay, the team of Rollen, Amrein, Rosado, and Knaut took 2nd with a time of 3:12.30.

Day Four
Jacob Nixon, Knaut, Brammer, and
Caleb Musser took third in the 200 Freestyle Relay, with a time of 1:22.33

Rosado picked up his third gold of the meet by winning the 500 Freestyle with an RMAC Meet record and NCAA A* time of 4:25.01. Brammer,
Nathan Bell, and Musleh each hit NCAA B marks in the event as well.

Rollwen earned silver in the 100 Backstroke, swimming an NCAA B time of 48.85.
Â
Andrea Paradis earned her way to the podium with a 100 Backstroke time of 1:02.93, earning her a silver finish.
Â
Amrein stacked up some more gold, winning the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 53.52.

Denison took 2nd in the 200 Butterfly with an NCAA B time of 2:04.15, just ahead of 3rd place, who touched the wall at 2:04.17.

Day Five
Â
Rosado had the first podium finish on the final day for the Eagles, earning another first-place finish with a time of 15:42.15 in the 1650 Freestyle. And Bell also earned his way to the podium with a 3rd-place finish.

Gabe Knaut took 3rd in the 100 Freestyle with a time of 45.07.
Â
Greenwood was the fourth Eagle of the night on the podium with a 3rd-place finish in the 200 Backstroke with a time of 2:00.70.

Eli Rollen followed that up in the men's 200 Backstroke with a time of 1:45.37 to earn bronze.
Â
Hailey Uhrig earned silver in the 200 Breaststroke with a time of 2:18.21.
Â
Amrein maintained his dominance in the 200 Breaststroke with a time of 1:57.20, earning him a 1st-place finish.

Greenwood, Denison,
Laura Byars, and Weatherford earned silver in the 400 Freestyle Relay with a time of 3:28.71.

On the men's side, Knaut, Amrein, Rollen, and Rosado also won silver with a time of 2:58.60.

The Eagles that earned a trip to the NCAA Championships will have a little under a month to prepare for the meet in the middle of March.
