Thoughts From Coach Miller
We had some good improvement from last week and did a good job of working through obstacles. It was great for Andrea to get the individual win and a confidence boost for our team to win. We have a good training block until we race next and need to work on a few things, but we are looking forward to the next opportunity!
Men's 6k
Dylan Burrows was the top finisher for the men, finishing with a time of 26:30.
Brodey Skipworth came across right behind him in sixth place,
Griffin Chesire finished 13th, and
Landon Ellis came across in 15th place.
Cole Green wrapped up the day with a 21st-place finish in a time of 27:54.
Thoughts From Coach Miller
We had a few more guys in the mix that didn't race last week, and it was good to have some of our freshmen compete at the 8k distance. Overall, we got some good takeaways, and we saw some key points to work on over the next few weeks.
