ROMEOVILLE, Ill. - Oklahoma Christian men's and women's cross country competed at the Lewis Crossover Saturday, Oct. 11 with 37 teams on the men's side and 36 for the women. The men placed 30th while the women placed 27th.
Men
Tegen Arega ran a season-best 25:28.46 in Saturday's 8000-meter race to pace the OC runners.
Blake Morrison was the next Eagle to finish with a personal-best 26:01.92, followed by true freshman
Maxton Barker at 26:05.55.
Cole Davenport (26:29.78) and
Cade Berkey (26:41.27) completed the countable scores for the Eagles with a season-best and personal-best run, respectively.

Women
Brooke Latham paced the Eagle female runners for the second straight meet, placing 16th in the 6k race with a season-best 21:57.93. Former Lone Star Conference Freshman of the Year
Caroline Karr was the second maroon-and-gray runner to cross the finish line at 23:05.73.
Itzel Flores (23:50.29),
Kinley Kite (24:01.23) and
Lauren Kirk (25:01.69) rounded out OC's top-five performers.
