RMAC Championships Day 2/3 recap: Eagles continue with strong performances in Grand Junction

Grand Junction, Colo. - The Eagles keep making the podium and keep making NCAA time marks with several strong performances on days two and three at the RMAC Championships.

"Oklahoma Christian led the way in Wednesday's men's competition with three gold medals. Victor Rosado claimed first place in the 1,000 freestyle with an NCAA Division II A standard time of 9:15.85, while Brandon Heredia led the way in the 50 freestyle with an NCAA DII B standard time of 19.86. The Eagles also topped the podium in the 200-medley relay behind a 1:27.41 from Dereck Montgomery, JT Amrein, Rosado, and Felix Berling."

Elijah Tung took 3rd in the Men's 100 Yard Butterfly with an NCAA DII B standard time of 48.68.
 
Cheyenne Dennison posted an NCAA DII B standard time of 4:27.84 in the Women's 400 Yard IM.
 
Noah Rabb took second in the B-final of the Men's 400 Yard IM with a time of 4:06.69.
 
Laura Byars took first in the B-Final of the Women's 200 Yard Freestyle with an NCAA DII B standard altitude adjusted time of 1:54.28.
 
Victor Rosado and Brandon Heredia finished 1st and 2nd in the Men's 200 Yard Freestyle, with Rosado posting an NCAA DII A altitude-adjusted standard time of 1:36.41, and Heredia posting an NCAA DII B standard time of 1:37.20. Chase Fields, Pharis Musleh, and Caleb Musser also posted NCAA DII B standard altitude adjusted times.
 
OC topped the podium in the 400 Yard Medley Relay with Dereck Montgomery, JT Amrein, Tung, and Heredia, posting an NCAA DII B standard time of 3:12.65
