RICHARDSON, Texas (June 29, 2022) – Oklahoma Christian was named Thursday as the Lone Star Conference academic champion for men's cross country, the first OC program in any sport to receive such recognition.
The honor is presented to the program in each LSC-sponsored sport that has the highest team grade-point average for an academic year. OC's men's cross country team had a GPA of 3.515 for the 2021-22 year.
OC has been a member of the LSC – which now has 18 schools – since the 2019-20 academic year.
