RICHARDSON, Texas (Feb. 25, 2021) – Kenya Bailey repeated as an All-Lone Star Conference indoor track and field performer for Oklahoma Christian and her teammate Payton Duesing joined her on the All-LSC list announced this week.

The LSC formula for determining all-conference honorees is unique. The first-team list consists of event winners, all members of the winning relay teams and athletes scoring 14 or more points at the LSC Championships. The second team includes athletes on the second-place relay teams and those scoring 8-13.9 points, while the third team recognizes members of third-place relay teams and athletes scoring 6-7.9 points.

Bailey, a junior from Ponca City, Okla., earned 10 team points to make the second-team list for the second straight year. She finished fourth in both the 5,000 meters and 3,000 meters at last weekend's LSC meet in Lubbock, Texas.

Duesing, a junior from Lantana, Texas, earned 6.25 team points to qualify for the third-team list. She was on OC's distance medley relay team that finished fourth in the LSC meet on Saturday (she was credited with 1.25 of the five team points that performance earned) and then placed fourth in the 800 meters on Sunday to collect five more team points.
