OKLAHOMA CITY (Feb. 23, 2020) – The Oklahoma Christian-Fort Hays State (Kan.) softball game to be played Sunday as the finale of the Edmond Regional Festival at Tom Heath Field was cancelled due to rain.

The game will not be made up. OC (15-3) posted a 3-0 record on the final weekend of the three-weekend festival, recording wins over Pittsburg State (Kan.), Nebraska-Kearney and No. 22-ranked Rogers State.

OC will return to action Tuesday, hosting former Heartland Conference rival Newman (Kan.) for a 2 p.m. doubleheader. The Eagles will begin Lone Star Conference play Thursday at home at 2 p.m. against No. 9-ranked Angelo State (Texas), then will host LSC rival Lubbock Christian (Texas) next Sunday at noon.
