JBU cut the deficit to 54-49, but OC scored seven straight points on a baseline jumper by Martin, another Fariss three-pointer and two Charlotte Heron free throws to put the game away.
The Lady Eagles (14-3 overall) improved to 7-1 in the Sooner Athletic Conference to remain tied for first place with Lubbock Christian.
In the men's game, a late OC rally fell short as the Eagles lost 79-72 to John Brown.
