Southern Nazarene bounced back from three previous losses to Oklahoma Christian to sweep the Lady Eagles 3-1 and 6-4 in a Saturday doubleheader in Bethany.
The losses extended OC's losing streak to six games and dropped the Lady Eagles into a sixth-place tie with the Crimson Storm at 6-14 in the Sooner Athletic Conference.
SNU won game one behind a three-run first inning against OC pitcher Linzi Farris. In game two, Sandra Darmstadt's RBI single and Tiffany Sherman's two-out single that plated two Lady Eagles powered Oklahoma Christian to a 3-0 first-inning advantage.
But relief pitcher Traci Washam surrendered three runs in the fourth inning as SNU rallied from a 3-1 deficit to take the lead.
The Storm added two more runs (one unearned) off of Farris in the fifth frame and held on for the 6-4 win. Washam took the loss in relief of starter Sophia Johnson.
