Oklahoma Christian University used the long ball to sweep Southern Nazarene University 12-3 and 16-0 in a Sooner Athletic Conference match-up in Bethany March 24.

The Lady Eagles belted five home runs in the opener to aid freshman Lindsey Lawson to her ninth win of the season. Hitting for the circuit was shortstop Allissa Harper with two homeruns, Angie Plowman, Sara Waters and Sandra Darmstadt.

In the second game senior Courtney Quine won her third game of the season while picking up her second shutout. Hitting homeruns were Lawson and Darmstadt.

The Lady Eagles 12-11 on the season 4-2 in SAC competition.
