DALLAS, Texas - Oklahoma Christian swimming collected six women's individual event victories against Incarnate Word and a men's one-two finish in the 100-yard butterfly during Friday's tri-meet against SMU and UIW.

Vanessa Weatherford won two events in the women's head-to-head matchup with UIW, while Emily Markle led a breaststroke sweep. Gui Martins and Victor Cintron Rosario paced the men with the top two scoring finishes against UIW in the 100 butterfly.

Women's Highlights

Weatherford led OC in the 50 freestyle with a time of 23.54 and the 200 freestyle in 1:53.89, finishing ahead of UIW's swimmers in both events.

Markle, Chloe Quihuiz and Grace Cooper swept the top three places against UIW in the 200 breaststroke. Markle finished in 2:22.36, followed by Quihuiz in 2:24.15 and Cooper in 2:25.92. Markle also led the Eagles in the 100 breaststroke at 1:04.85.

OC's distance swimmers added two more victories against UIW. Andrea Paradis completed the 1000 freestyle in 10:40.11, just 0.39 seconds behind SMU's third finisher. Samantha Mongillo and Paradis then delivered a one-two finish against UIW in the 500 freestyle, posting times of 5:11.44 and 5:12.07, respectively. Rachel Scorpecci added a scoring swim of 5:25.63.

Alex Lane won the 200 backstroke against UIW in 2:09.72 and led OC in the 100 backstroke at 58.64. Ali Richardson paced the Eagles in the 100 butterfly with a 57.92, while Austyn Mallette led OC in the 200 butterfly at 2:09.59.

Andi Jeanes recorded OC's fastest 100 freestyle at 53.87. Elena Rollen contributed times of 1:58.26 in the 200 freestyle and 54.34 in the 100 freestyle, while Isabel Swarr led OC's scoring entries in the 200 individual medley at 2:15.59.

The women closed with two tight freestyle relay races. Neyali Matos, Jeanes, Reese Dickman and Weatherford finished the 200 freestyle relay in 1:34.93, only 0.14 seconds behind UIW's A team. Richardson, Rollen, Mattie Shearer and Swarr followed in 1:39.43, just 0.06 seconds behind UIW's B team.

Lane, Markle, Weatherford and Matos combined for a 1:46.22 in the 200 medley relay.

Men's Highlights

Martins and Cintron Rosario finished second and third among scoring entries in the tri-meet's 100 butterfly, giving OC a one-two finish against UIW. Martins touched in 49.81, with Cintron Rosario close behind in 50.15. Martins also led OC in the 200 butterfly at 1:52.33, while Garrison Fenton contributed scoring swims in both butterfly events.

Anthony Sacco placed third among scoring entries in the 100 freestyle with a 45.50 and led OC in the 200 freestyle at 1:42.78. Joshua Brammer and Brayden Stalcup followed in the 200 freestyle at 1:43.06 and 1:43.59.

Stalcup paced OC in the 500 freestyle with a 4:47.54, followed by Nathan Bell in 4:49.50. Bell also represented the Eagles in the 1000 freestyle, finishing in 10:01.72.

Connor Leader recorded a 1:58.89 in the 200 individual medley, placing third among scoring entries. Dallas Jones led OC in both breaststroke events, finishing the 100 in 57.77 and the 200 in 2:08.53.

Mateo Wallet led the Eagles in the 100 backstroke at 53.07, while Jacob Bell paced OC in the 200 backstroke at 2:00.12. Alec Mota recorded OC's fastest individual 50 freestyle at 21.03, followed by Bryan Branstrom in 21.24 and Caleb Bristow in 21.25.

Sacco, Brammer, Branstrom and Mota combined for a 1:23.67 in the 200 freestyle relay. Bristow, Stalcup, Martins and Gunnar Roestenburg finished in 1:25.14, ahead of UIW's second scoring relay.

Wallet, Jones, Martins and Sacco posted a 1:32.18 in the 200 medley relay.
