Game One: No. 14 St. Edward's 7, Oklahoma Christian 4
- Michael Adair saw his first start on the mound this season, working his first two innings without allowing a run on three hits and striking out three Hilltoppers. Unfortunately for the Fort Gibson, Okla., native, his last hit he allowed before being relieved broke the scoreless tie, making Adair the pitcher of record.
- St. Edward's plated three runs following Adair's exit before Oklahoma Christian responded in the top of the fourth with a two-RBI single from Justin Spencer to cut the SEU lead to one, 3-2.
- The Hilltoppers kept up the scoring with two more runs in the fourth and another two in the sixth to make it 7-2, leaving OC one final team at-bat to extend play.
- Hunter Jones followed a Hennesy double with his eighth home run of the season in the top of the seventh before back-to-back outs finished the scheduled-seven inning game, 7-4.
Game Two: Oklahoma Christian 5, No. 14 St. Edward's 4
- After the first three Eagles were retired in order to start game two, OC had five straight batters reach safely with three hits and two walks in the top of the second. Following a Cason Gregory RBI-double, Spencer came through with his two-RBI single for the 3-0 maroon-and-gray lead.
- Oklahoma Christian saw just three more hits over the next four innings as St. Edward's scored four runs over that stretch to take a 4-3 lead into the final inning.
- The Hilltoppers used two pitchers in the top of the seventh in an effort to get the final three outs. With two Eagles on and two outs, a fly-ball to right field, which would have ended the game, was dropped as OC's Trey Migl scored the go-ahead run from first.
- Catcher Jones, after doing his part on the offensive end by getting on base three times, recorded the final out by gunning down a Hilltopper attempting to steal third base to put the game on ice.
