LOCKPORT, Ill. - The Oklahoma Christian Eagles women's bowling team headed up to the Prairie State to bowl the Flyer Classic in Lockport, Ill. hosted by Lewis University on Feb. 7-9.
Day One
OC would start off the tournament on fire, shooting over 1000 in four of the five baker sets. Although the Lady Eagles would go 3-2 for the day, they would start the tournament in sixth place and an opportunity to improve in the standings.

Day Two
Oklahoma Christian would add four wins into the win column after going 4-1 for the five traditional games on Feb. 8. Led by junior Tori Justice, who averaged 207 for the five team games, OC would finish with their best record on the year going 7-3 for the first two days of qualifying. The Lady Eagles would fall to ninth in qualifying and would have a chance to improve their final position in matchplay on Feb. 9.

Day Three
Oklahoma Christian would go undefeated in matchplay as they beat all three of their opponents in seven games, including avenging an earlier loss in the tournament to Stephen F. Austin State.

Match 2: OC - 4 vs Maryville - 3
Match 3: OC - 4 vs Sam Houston State - 3
OC would finish the tournament in seventh and 10-3 for the weekend, posting their highest finish of the season up to this point of the year.
The Eagles ended with a phenomenal weekend as they beat five out of the Top-10 teams in the country which included No. 1 Nebraska, No. 2 Vanderbilt, No. 8 Sam Houston, No. 9 Stephen F. Austin, and No. 10 Maryville (No. 1 in DII), which OC defeated twice.

Oklahoma Christian will head up to Indianapolis, Ind. as they will bowl the Hoosier Classic hosted by Indiana University on Feb. 15-16.
