SMYRNA, Tenn. - The Oklahoma Christian women's bowling team headed out east to the Volunteer State to bowl the Music City Classic hosted by No. 2 Vanderbilt in Smyrna, Tenn., Mar. 6-8.
Day One
On day one of competition at the Music City Classic, OC would bowl five baker matches as they looked to make some noise for its final regular season NCAA tournament of the year. After the completion of the five baker set, the Lady Eagles would go 3-2 on the day as they faced off against two opponents ranked in the top five, including No.1 Jacksonville State. Oklahoma Christian would bowl a pinfall total of 4625 to put them in 20th in the 34 team field.

Day Two
For the second day of competition, OC looked to improve in the standings as it had five traditional games left of qualifying before match play on Sunday. After the five team games, the Lady Eagles bowled a pinfall total of 4531 which unfortunately meant they would drop to a spot in the standings as they went 3-2 on the day, facing off against one team ranked in the top 25 and 6-4 overall before match play.

Day Three
With three matches left to bowl in match play, Oklahoma Christian had a chance to improve in the final standings. After two hard fought matches against Fairleigh Dickinson, the Lady Eagles would go 1-2 on the day finishing the tournament in 22nd with a 7-6 record for the weekend.

Next Up
OC will head down south to the Lone Star State as they get ready to bowl ITC Sectionals on Mar. 13-15 in Fort Worth, Texas for a chance to make it back to ITC Nationals for the second time in program history and first time since the 2024 season.
