- The Bronchos have gotten off to a hot start and are sitting at 9-0 on the season. After going undefeated in the 2024 Edmond First Pitch Classic, they turned around, sweeping Arkansas Monticello in a four-game series and then put up 18 runs to nothing against out-of-conference rivals ECU.
- Central Oklahoma is batting .265 as a team with a .409 on-base %, putting them at 4th in the MIAA.
- The Bronchos can attribute a lot of their success to their dominance on the mound, as they boast an MIAA-leading 2.35 ERA as a team.

- The Eagles matched up with the Bronchos once last season at Wendell Simmons field, and No. 10 UCO jumped out to a 6-0 lead before winning 7-2.
