CULVER CITY, Calif. (July 29, 2019) – Incoming Oklahoma Christian players
T.J. Rolfs and
Tate Tettleton have been honored by a website that covers high school, college and pro soccer.
TopDrawerSoccer.com named Tettleton, a forward from Norman, as a State All-Star, while
T.J. Rolfs, a defender from Edmond, was chosen as both a State All-Star and an All-South Central Region player. For TopDrawerSoccer.com's purposes, the South Central Region consists of Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Rolfs, who starred at Edmond North High School, had five goals and six assists while also anchoring the Huskies' defense as they went 9-6 and qualified for the Class 6A playoffs. He played club soccer for Oklahoma Energy FC.
Tettleton, a standout at Norman North High School, helped Norman North post an 11-6 record and reach the 6A quarterfinals this season after scoring 12 goals with nine assists as a junior. He played club soccer for Norman Celtic.
Both made the Oklahoma Soccer Coaches Association All-State list and were recognized on
The Oklahoman's All-City team – Rolfs on the first-team list, Tettleton on the second-team list.
