Lady Eagles stomp OBU

Carlissa Plowden scored 20 points and OC's reserves keyed a second-half run that powered No. 16 Oklahoma Christian past No. 5 Oklahoma Baptist 69-54 Saturday in Shawnee.

Plowden also nabbed nine rebounds as the Lady Eagles won the battle of the boards 45-33.

OC shot 46 percent from three-point range (11 of 24), including two each by reserves Carrie Mills and Mackenzie Walker. Mills also had a team-high five assists. Charlotte Heron had four points and three rebounds off the bench.

The Lady Eagles (2-0, 9-4) host Southern Nazarene at 6 p.m. Monday.
