Three lead changes highlighted the series finale. Following a two-run first inning from the Eagles to give them the early lead, Texas A&M-Kingsville used a three-run third only to have OC respond in turn with four runs in the bottom of the third for a 6-3 lead.
Oklahoma Christian extended that lead to 9-3 with three hits and the help of two TAMUK errors. The maroon-and-gray were unable to score another run the rest of the way as Kingsville claimed the one-run victory in the series finale.
