PORTALES, N.M. - No. 18 Oklahoma Christian opened Sunday's doubleheader against Eastern New Mexico with a 10-0 victory before ENMU evened the day's contest with a 6-0 game-two win.
Grace Anderson (7-2) pitched a near-flawless five innings in game one, facing just 17 batters while allowing two hits and striking out five Greyhounds with giving up a walk.

Maci George,

Jill Dickson each claimed hits in both games of the Sunday twin bill.
Yaerger has now claimed a hit in nine consecutive games - the longest such streak by an OC softball player since 2022 when five Eagles sported a nine-game or longer hit streak.
No. 18 Oklahoma Christian (13-7, 6-6 LSC) will return to Lawson Softball Complex for a doubleheader against Texas-Permian Basin Friday, Mar. 7 at 2 and 4 p.m. before hosting Sul Ross State Sunday, Mar. 9 at 12 and 2 p.m.Â
Game One: No. 18 Oklahoma Christian 10, Eastern New Mexico 0
After OC's first two batters got out via strikeout, the next three Eagles were walked before
Jill Dickson delivered her first career grand slam to put the maroon-and-gray out in front, 4-0. From there, Anderson and company took over.
12 of Eastern New Mexico's next 13 batters were retired as Oklahoma Christian's four-run lead remained intact until the Eagles added six to it in the top of the sixth. Behind eight hits, OC brought the run-rule into effect with a six spot in what would be the visitor's final at-bat of the game.
The Greyhounds saw their best chance at a run in the bottom of the six after loading the bases with two walks and a hit-by-pitch. Ka. Brewster came to the rubber with no outs and two batters later the game was over. Following an unassisted double play from third baseman
Maci George, a ground-out put game one on ice, 10-0.
Game Two: Eastern New Mexico 6, No. 18 Oklahoma Christian 0
Oklahoma Christian put an Eagle on base in each of the first three innings, but were unable to bring her around as OC was left scoreless. Eastern broke the scoring hiatus in the fourth with a solo home run and added an additional two runs in the fifth.
The same way it started the game, the maroon-and-gray left runners on base in each of the final three innings, including loading the bases in the top of the sixth while the deficit was only three, but there were no runs to be had. The Greyhounds added three final runs in the sixth to solidify the victory.
