OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla.- The Eagles (7-7, LSC 1-2) played their last game in a three home game stretch Wednesday night against Lone Star Conference opponent the University of Arkansas Fort Smith (11-3, LSC 3-0) before a two-game road trip to Texas.
SET ONE
The Lions took the lead early in the first set and stayed hot to claim the first set. Annie Davis kept OC in the fight with five kills in the first set. The Lions took the first set 25-14.
SECOND SET
Davis kept her hot streak going, opening up the second set with a kill. The Lions quickly took the lead back and kept it to claim set two 25-13.
THIRD SET
In the third set the Eagles fought hard to stay in the fight but fell to the Lions 25-18. The Eagles fought through many long rallies with great defense from
Brylie Berryman,
Megan Rek, and
Camryn McGough.

Oklahoma Christian will head on a road trip to Silver City, New Mexico to take on Western New Mexico University on Saturday at 1 pm. The ladies will then travel to Laredo, Texas to play against Texas A&M International University on Monday Oct. 2nd.
