LUBBOCK, Texas. - The Eagles (6-3) took their six-match winning streak on the road for the second week in Lubbock, this time for the Lone Sar Conference Crossover. OC opened the event with a matchup against Texas Woman's (6-3).

First set
TWU and OC traded points until the match was tied at 5-5 before the Chaps went on a run to take set one, 25-17.
Annie Davis,
Megan Rek,
Giorgia Turri, and
Camryn McGough each had two kills in the opening set.

Second set
Kills from
Kathryn Christie and Turri and three errors from TWU gave OC a 5-2 lead to open the second set. OC held the lead until the set was tied at 9-9, but the Pioneers went on a run to win set two, 25-15. Turri led the Eagles' attack in the second set with several kills and an ace.

Third set
Texas Woman's took an early lead and took set three 25-14. Davis had three kills and an ace in the set for Oklahoma Christian.

Oklahoma Christian will take on UTPB at 3 p.m. tomorrow on day two LSC Crossover. All three matches this weekend against conference opponents do not count towards the conference record.
