Game 1: OC 5, TAMUK 4
The Eagles didn't lead for five of the seven innings, but it didn't matter because of clutch at-bats in the bottom of the sixth inning.
TAMUK got things started in the top of the first with two doubles resulting in a run, and a 1-0 lead for the Javelinas.
OC matched the run in the bottom of the first with singles from
Preston King and
Grant Lake leading to an RBI fielder's choice for

Naut Kragt settled in and only allowed two base hits over the next four innings, and his offense picked him up in the bottom of the 6th.
Empkey and
Marcus Johnson were each hit by a pitch to put runners on 1st and 2nd, but Kingsville put the pressure on getting two outs on a strikeout and fly out. But
Ethan Box come through with an RBI single to give OC their first lead of the game.
Hunter Jones followed that by making it a trio of Eagles batters that were hit by a pitch to load the bases, and a Javelina error resulted in another run, giving OC a 5-3 lead heading into the final inning.
Kingsville led off the inning with a solo home run for their first hit since the third inning, but Kragt shut them down the rest of the way to pick up his fourth win of the season.
Game 2: TAMUK 13, OC 2
