FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, Ill. - Oklahoma Christian men's bowling traveled to Fairview Heights, Illinois to compete in their second Tier 1 event of the season.
 
Saturday
Day 1 of the competition consisted of 5 traditional 5-person team games. OC would get off to a slow start with games of 838 and 901 to begin the day. OC found itself in 17th place after the first two games.
 
The Eagles would find their stride, putting up games of 1046 and 1001 before a massive 1135 in the final game of the day. The Eagles would climb to 7th place after day 1 with a total pinfall of 4921.
 
Sunday
Day 2 of the competition would include 20 baker games. The total pinfall from the two days would decide the champion. The Eagles entered the day in 7th place, 353 pins behind day 1 leader Wisconsin-Whitewater and 140 pins behind 4th place. OC would get off to another slow start in the first 4-game set with a score of 687.
 
The Eagles would improve in the next two 4-game sets with totals of 726 and 700. A solid fourth set of 882 would move the Eagles back up to 9th place, only 51 pins behind 6th place. The Eagles would start strong in the final set before struggling in the final few games, finishing with 722. OC would finish with a total overall pinfall of 8638, good for 10th place.
