OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - The Oklahoma Christian Men's Basketball team met up with the Saints of Randall University to kick off a four-game home stretch on Saturday, November 18th.
First Half
Senior guard Moun'Tae Edmundson led the charge early, putting up 10 of OC's 12 points out of the gate. The Saints were then able to claw back from the early deficit thanks to an 18-12 run. Tied at 22, the Eagles were able to lock up on defense, and they never looked back.
At the Half
The Eagles went into the half three points short of a twenty-point lead thanks to a half-court buzzer beater by Randall's Jordan Jones.
Edmundson went into the break with a season and game-high 21 first-half points, and OC led 48-31.
Second Half
After growing the lead to 28, the Eagles handed the reins to the second unit. Javon Grant led the charge, putting up 12 points on 60% shooting. OC put together a total team effort as every Eagle got on the board in the victory.
