Duncan, OK - The #2 Oklahoma Christian Eagles gave another strong outing as they claimed a second-place finish as a team at The Hrncair Invitational hosted by Cameron University.
ROUND 1
After the morning round on Monday the Eagles sat tied in first-place shooting a 283 (-5). OC was led by Exequiel Rodriguez who opened the tournament with a 68 (-4) and tied for fifth-place individually. Leandro Mihaich was the next Eagle on the leader board with a first round 70 (-2) and tied for tenth-place. Santiago Villarreal fired off a 71 (-1) to be tied 15th-place at the end of morning session. To round out the Eagles, Oskari Nikku opened with a 74 (+2) and Vertti Perala shot a 77 (+5).
ROUND 2
After the afternoon round on Monday the Eagles drop a spot to be in solo second-place with a 286 (-2). In his second round Leandro Mihaich dropped a few strokes to shoot a 68 (-4) and finished the day tied for fourth-place individually. Exequiel Rodriguez and Oskari Nikku kept their momentum from the morning rounds and both fired off even par 72s. Rodriguez kept himself in the top-10 and finished tied ninth individually. Santiago Villareal shot a 76 (+4) and rounding out the second round for the Eagles, Vertti Perala improved off the morning and shot a 74 (+2).
ROUND 3
The Eagles finished strong in the final round of play to finish in second-place as a team. OC was led by Exequiel Rodriguez and Leandro Mihaich finished tied for fourth place individually. Rodriguez shot a final round 71 (-1) and Mihaich finished the tournament with a 73 (+1). Oskari Nikku finished in the top-20 tied 16th with a final round 74 (+2). And rounding out the scores for the Eagles were Vertti Perala with a 76 (+4) and Santiago Villareal 77 (+5).

The Eagles will finish their fall season in Palm Harbor, FL Oct. 22nd-24th as they compete in the Copperhead Championship hosted by University of West Florida.
