Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - How sweep it is. Oklahoma Christian (2-0) swept their opening day matches in the Eagles' Nest. The sweep today marks the first time the Eagles have started the season 2-0 since the program was revived in 2020.

In OC's first match, they took on Westminster (Utah) winning their sets 27-25, 25-20, and the final set 26-24.
Olivia Hessman, a transfer from Fort Hays State playing in her first match in an Eagles uniform had a double-double with 22 assists and 15 digs.
Hannah Rouse led the offense with 13 kills and had 13 digs for a double-double as well. And
Brylie Berryman picked up where she left off last season with 15 digs in the match.

The second match of the day was against the University of Illinois-Springfield and looked similar to OC's first match. The Eagles won the sets, 25-22, 25-23, and 25-20. This time though,
Wendy Cobbah, a transfer from Wayland baptist led the way with 10 kills. Berryman led in digs with 14, and Hessman had another double-double with 16 assists and 11 digs.
