OKLAHOMA CITY (June 10, 2022) – Six members of Oklahoma Christian's men's bowling team earned recognition as a Collegiate Scholar Athlete for the 2021-22 season from the National Collegiate Bowling Coaches Association.
To qualify for the NCBCA award, a bowler must have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.5. OC has had at least four bowlers earn the award in each of the past three seasons.
Senior
Josh Imhoff, a Marketing/Management major from Cabot, Ark., and junior
Jonathan Beyer, a Marketing/Management major from Dallas, became OC's first three-time recipients of the NCBCA honor.
Two Eagles received the award for the second time – sophomore
James Crenshaw, a Finance major from Venus, Texas, and sophomore
Dalton Smith, an Electrical Engineering major from Blanchard.
The two first-time honorees were
Joshua Drouin, a freshman Sports Management major from Choctaw, and
Carter Robinson, a freshman Accounting/Finance major from Lonsdale, Ark.
