Benefiting from an own goal by Southwestern Oklahoma State University, the Oklahoma Christian University Lady Eagles came away with a 1-0 victory in a non-conference soccer game here last Sept. 13.

After getting off to a 0-3 start the Lady Eagles have won three in a row for an even 3-3 record. Southwestern Oklahoma is now 3-1-3.

In the well-matched contest, each team generated eight shots. Oklahoma Christian's point was credited when an SOSU player kicked the ball into the goal in the 29th minute of play.

Oklahoma Christian will host East Central University Sept. 23 at 6 p.m.
