Southern Nazarene University topped the Lady Eagles by a 3-1 count here Friday, Oct. 1. The loss leaves OC at 4-6.

OC jumped to an early lead on a goal by junior Megan Childers in the 10th minute of play. Freshman Lauren Haley shot from the right side but SNU keeper Tiffany Bostic blocked the ball, only for it to roll loose. Childers left-footed the ball in for the score.

SNU came back late to take a 2-1 lead at the half on goals by Candace Snyder and Kelli Traves. SNU's final goal was scored by Traves in the second half.

Oklahoma Christian will play St. Gregory's University in Shawnee on Tuesday (Oct. 5). The women's game starts at 1 p.m. with the men's game to follow at 3 p.m.
