Oklahoma Christian University continued its winning ways by beating Bacone College in an intersectional soccer match-up in Muskogee on Sept. 2. The Lady Eagles posted a 4-2 victory and are now 2-0.
The offense was paced by a first half goal by freshman Kristin Walker. In the second half Edmond freshman Jessica McElvany scored early, Edmond sophomore Shannon Wahl followed suit and Walker added a second goal to nail down the win. Four OC assists were credited to Wahl, Angie Miller, Walker and Elizabeth Mullins.
Bacone goals were made by Steffany Thom and Jenn Sheetz.
