Oklahoma Christian fell to cross-town rival Southern Nazarene University in Bethany Feb. 7 by an 84-60 count but maintained its hold on the top position in the Sooner Athletic Conference race.

The Eagles are 21-3 overall and 9-3 in league play. Shooting 50 percent from the field, SNU took an early lead and lead throughout the game. OC shot its lowest percentage of the season (31 percent) and connected only six of 28 attempts from three-point range.

Sophomores Chalres Baldwin and Keith Harris each scored 14 points. Harris also had 11 rebounds. Senior Jarred Merrill posted his 17th double-double of the season with 13 points and 10 rebounds.
