Elicia Espinosa completed her first year on staff for the Oklahoma Christian softball program following the 2025 season.
In her inaugural year, Oklahoma Christian claimed its eighth-consecutive 30-win season while matching its most Lone Star Conference wins (29) since joining the league in 2020. The Eagles capped off the 2025 season with their second-straight trip to the South Central Regional Final.
As a team, OC hit .300 for seventh best in the conference and tying its best offensive mark since 2022. True freshman catcher Marti Yaerger led the offense under Espinosa's tutelage with a .370 batting average and 68 hits, being named to the LSC's All-Freshman team and receiving First Team honors.
