Bailey McKittrick completed her second year on staff at Oklahoma Christian after the 2024-25 season. McKittrick offered assistance to Eagle pitchers during the 2023 season before joining the OC coaching ranks as the pitching coach in 2024.
In 2025, Oklahoma Christian reached its second straight South Central Sub-region Final on the backs of its two pitchers Jill Dickson and Grace Anderson. Dickson and Anderson were the only teammates in the Lone Star Conference to each record at least 175 strikeouts on the season. Anderson finished her OC career fifth all-time in career strikeouts with 432 while Dickson is currently third with 500. As a pitching staff, OC held a league-fourth-best 3.27 ERA.
Under her direction as the pitching coach during the 2024 campaign, the Eagles held a team ERA of 3.40. Starting pitchers Dickson and Anderson were recognized as First Team and Third Team All-Lone Star Conference recipients, respectively, as the duo combined to go 31-20 in the circle as both pitchers claimed 120 or more strikeouts on the season.
Under McKittrick's guidance, Dickson and Anderson helped lead the Eagles to the program's first ever berth in the NCAA Division II Super Regionals after defeating then-No. 1 West Texas A&M and region-host West Texas A&M, 9-8.
McKittrick, a native of Moore, Okla., was a prep standout pitcher at Moore High School, where she earned All-State honors as a senior after holding a 1.67 ERA, leading the Lions to become 6A Runners-Up for a second consecutive season.
The Sooner State product spent her college career at the University of Central Oklahoma, putting together an incredible rookie season in 2019, after which she was awarded the MIAA Pitcher of the Year, the Division II Freshman of the Year and Second Team All-America by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association.
During that season, McKittrick posted a UCO freshman-record 26 wins in the circle while carrying a 2.11 ERA, striking out 108 batters compared to just 51 walks in 179.1 innings. To cap off that season on the field, McKittrick threw a five-hit shutout in a win against Minnesota-Duluth, 4-0, in the first round of the NCAA Division II Central Regional.
After making a combined 22 appearances over the next two seasons due to injuries, McKittrick graduated from Central Oklahoma in May 2022 with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. Following her time with the Bronchos, McKittrick served as Oklahoma Christian's graduate assistant during the '23 season before graduating with a Masters in Leadership from OC in December 2023.
