2025-26: Started 20 out of 25 games in his first season at Oklahoma Christian . . . Howell averaged 7.2 points and 3.7 rebounds, and 2 assists in 28.7 minutes per game . . . Recorded a career high 17 points, along with 4 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 block against Midwestern State (Dec. 13), and a career high 10 rebounds against Sul Ross State (Jan. 15).

COLLEGE: Spent two years at NCAA Division I North Texas before transferring to Oklahoma Christian . . . After redshirting his freshman season in 2023, appeared in four games for the Mean Green, scoring six points.
