Cade Parent begins his second season at Oklahoma Christian as the baseball program’s director of operations ahead of the 2024-25 academic year.

Parent's duties at OC include overseeing and coordinating various operations, including the program’s camps, analytics, team outings, equipment, travel and all other game day operations. 

Parent played as a pitcher at Oklahoma Christian from 2022 to '23 before a torn tricep and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) ended his career. 

Before his time at OC, Parent pitched at Yukon High School, his alma mater, while his father, Matt Parent, is the former cross country and track coach at Yukon High School and Southwestern Christian University.
