Fort Smith, Ark. - Oklahoma Christian wrapped up its season tonight with a battle against the Lions of Fort Smith.

The Eagles and Lions traded baskets early in the first half, with the Eagles taking a 13-12 lead eight minutes into the game.
Antonio Gordon had 6 of the 13 points, and Gordon and
Drew Tennial opened the game with back-to-back threes.

The Lions scored six unanswered after the Eagles took the lead, but Gordon hit another three to stop the initial run and make it an 18-16 game. UAFS responded and closed the half on a 7-2 run to take a 25-18 lead into the break.

Gordon had nine points, and
Shane Perales added 4 points to lead the Eagles in the first half. Also of note, the Eagles were down two starters, as
Moun'Tae Edmundson and
Karlyn Kenner missed tonight's game.

The OC offense sparked in the second half as they scored 33 points in the second half. UAFS' offense also turned up, and they tried to expand the lead in the second half.

OC continued to battle by cutting the lead to 7 points with 3:19 remaining on a
D.J. Walter three. Walter scored 8 of his 10 points in the second half to lead the Eagles' offense.

Fort Smith used free throws to hold onto the game and win 61-51 in Arkansas.
