SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Oklahoma Christian (2-6-5, LSC 1-2-1) traveled to San Antonio to take on conference foe St. Mary's (7-3-3, LSC 1-1-2) Saturday evening. The Rattlers grabbed control early and took a 2-0 lead into the half. The Eagles tried to stage a late-game comeback before falling in San Antonio.

The game was very physical, and cards were often seen, with a total of seven yellow cards and one red card between the two teams.

St. Mary was able to capitalize twice off of penalties in the box. Cian Foley shot both past OC goalie Fynn Koerner.

OC only took two shots in the first half but made adjustments at half and was able to take more shots on goal in the second half.

In the 88th minute of play, Ellis Jones was able to break the shutout by scoring for the Eagles. John Ighede was credited with the assist.

The Eagles will travel to the University of Texas at Tyler on Wednesday, October 18th, and look to get revenge on the Patriots, who beat the Eagles earlier this season.
