COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (March 24, 2022) – Cheyenne Parks and Kayci McKinnon each earned first-team individual honors on the All-Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference women's swimming list, which was released Thursday.

The RMAC awards were determined through individual and relay finishes in the league's championship meet, held in February in Grand Junction, Colo. First- and second-place finishers in an event received first-team honors, while swimmers placing third and fourth in events received second-team recognition.

Parks, a sophomore from Guthrie, Okla., picked up seven All-RMAC honors. Four of those were individual awards, as she earned first-team recognition in the 200-yard butterfly (in which she won the RMAC title) and the 200 backstroke and second-team recognition in the 200 individual medley and 400 individual medley. She now has 10 career All-RMAC honors to go with two NCAA Division II All-America honors.

McKinnon, a sophomore from Trophy Club, Texas, was the other individual honoree for the Eagles, earning a second-team honor in the 1,000 freestyle. She has three career All-RMAC awards.

All five of OC's relay teams earned All-RMAC honors. On the first-team list were the 200 medley relay of freshman Vivian Pitsch, senior Andrea Rogers, Parks and freshman Olivia Rollen, the 400 medley relay list of Pitsch, freshman Hannah Day, Parks and Rollen and the 800 freestyle relay team of Parks, sophomore Mallory Mead, freshman Jaiden Branstrom and McKinnon.

OC's 200 freestyle relay team of sophomore Hope Hill, Pitsch, Branstrom and Rollen and the 400 freestyle relay team of Hill, Rogers, McKinnon and Rollen both were on the All-RMAC second-team list.
