SAN ANGELO, Texas (Feb. 20, 2022) – No. 12 Angelo State (Texas) scored all of their runs in three innings and downed Oklahoma Christian 16-3 on Sunday afternoon in the final game of the four-game baseball series at Foster Field.
Angelo State (9-3, 9-3 Lone Star Conference) won three of the four games against OC (4-8, 4-8).
Kevin Collyar went 2 for 3 and drove in all three of OC's runs in the loss.

Will Rodman (0-2) highlighted a five-run third inning for the Rams. Collyar hit a two-run single in the top of the fourth for the Eagles, but Angelo State added six more runs in the bottom of the inning and five runs in the sixth.
Jake Rogers (4-0) pitched six innings for Angelo State, allowing eight hits and striking out five.
OC will return home this week for a four-game series against LSC rival Texas A&M International, the Eagles' first games on the newly installed artificial infield at Dobson Field. The series is scheduled to start on Friday at 5 p.m., weather permitting.
