Oklahoma City, Okla. - The Eagles (13-9, 4-5 LSC) played in their third match of the week in the Nest, this time against No. 12 West Texas A&M (18-4, 10-0 LSC).
The Lady Buffs took set one 25-15. In the second set, the Eagles jumped out to a 10-3 lead before a WT timeout led to a strong run and a 25-18 set win for West Texas A&M. OC battled in the third set but ultimately fell, 25-19.
Megan Rek took advantage of her opportunity and came up with three blocks, and Peighton Serda had three blocks as well.
Oklahoma Christian is back in the Nest next Wednesday at 7 p.m. to take on Texas-Tyler.
